Ana Gonzales bio
Ana Gonzalez de Jorgenson is a Mexican-born musician born into a family of musicians. Growing up, she listened to a lot of classical music and old boleros. They also played traditional romantic ballads and ranchero. Ana is a lover of tangos, opera, and every form of dramatic performances. She began singing and learning musical instruments with her mother before beginning her vocal instruction when she was 16 under the renowned Mexican tenor Flavio Becerra. In the School of Music of Guadalajara University as well as the School of Sacred Music of Toluca in Mexico continued her music education. She sang in Guadalajara, Mexico City and various cities while a student and professional. In the years following her relocation into California in United States in 2000, she sang with the Fort Lauderdale Symphony Chorus before moving to her present home in southern California. She has performed solo Latin American music for private celebrations and in the Ensemble XXI in Redlands. She is involved
